The Snow Story

After rearranging the candy canes on the tree (again), Adam decided he wanted to go outside and play in the newly fallen snow.

Mommy said he could go play, but only after she got a picture of him (before he went out and played in the first snow of the year).

Adam did not like this idea....

But mommy said, "no picture, no play!"

Because he was mad at mommy he wouldn't smile or even look at her.

So mommy made him wait, until he smiled...

and he waited....

and he waited....

Matthew said "hey mom, let the kid go out and play!"

Moving to the window in hopes to get closer and closer to the snow, Adam continues to wait. Mommy kept snapping that stupid camera! Adam wouldn't even look at her, because he really just wants to go outside!

"Hey, mom," said Matthew, "I understand I can't go out an play, because I woke up with a fever and cough. But LET that other kid GO OUT and play!"

Finally... Adam gets to go and play.

So, he stomps around on the porch...yes...the porch....

he
doesn't
leave
the
porch.

And he still wouldn't look at mommy for a picture....

U N T I L

He decides that snow on his mittens is "YUCKY!"

Rolling his eyes, Matthew said to his brother,

"Dude, why are you such a wuss? It's just cold water!"

To be Cont....

Your kids are too cute - makes me a little sad, remembering when my two boys were little munchkins.

oh and yes i said "boo!" to the rain in the forecast!
rain is drippy, gray days with muddy dog feet. you can't go outside in the rain in december. rain doesn't feel like christmas.
so there. ;)

HAHA!! That sounds like me! Bribery for a good picture. Too funny.
Great pics. I think I actually like them better without the smile. It tells a great story. :)
