Life

Sometimes life just....

passes you by

catches you by surprise

is crazy, chaotic, insane!

is exhilarating!

is tiring

is sad

is busy, busy, busy....

That's us, lately.

I can't keep up with anything!

Pregnancy is making me more tired this time, than ever before. I'm no longer sick (YAY!). I can feel little movements (wooo hoo!). I'll be FOUR months, tomorrow! It's moving very slowly. OH- and we find out the sex on August 20th. I am excited!

Andy's Grammie went to be with the Lord on July 12th. It wasn't really a surprise, but it was still hard. Adam was very close to her, and we had a lot of explaining to do. We took him to the funeral home, to say goodbye, where he had some amazing questions. Like: "did they take all of her blood?" and when he saw her in the casket, he said, "Where are her legs?!" He understands so well, though. He was excited to know that she was with Jesus, and has decided that he doesn't want a new body, when he goes to Heaven (not so sure he has a say in that!). After the viewing and the memorial service, we took Grammie to her final resting place, back home in West Virginia. It's been a week of celebration and a bit of sorrow. Overall, I am thrilled that she is with the Lord, no longer in pain, and in her new body! I can't wait to see her again someday.

phew.

We also had a very special birthday! Matty turned TWO! Yes, I missed his special bday post. It just fell all around the time of Grammie's passing, and it was very hectic. He had a wonderful Thomas party, and is in LOVE with his new train table. My little baby is turning into quite the little man. :)

Here's my little man at his 2-year appointment:

32 inches and 24 pounds. Finally on the charts at 10%! Praise the Lord, we don't have to buy Pediasure any longer!

Also- I am making no promises on my blog posts. If you want to keep up with me, and have Facebook, follow THIS link and ask to be my friend! I update that daily and I tend to upload a lot of mobile pix! :)

SO Behind....but for an excellent reason!

Last week I had an opportunity to go on a missions trip to Philly, PA! We worked in the inner-city, with children, the homeless, and adults, who all were in need of a little lovin'. It was amazing. I am still trying to come down off of the post missions trip high! I can't wait to see what God has in store for my future; I feel I have a real calling to work in the inner-city. We'll see where I am lead. :)

Here are some photos from the week:

This is one of my favorite little guys! I had an opportunity to bond with him, in a mommy kind of way. I'm praying for him everyday! So sweet! :)

Me and my sister, Emily! :) Look at that bump growth! ;)

Some of our teens and the kiddies!

Amazing art is everywhere! It was beautiful!

More of our amazing teens who gave up a week of their summer to serve! I was very impressed!
