Sometimes life just....
passes you by
catches you by surprise
is crazy, chaotic, insane!
is exhilarating!
is tiring
is sad
is busy, busy, busy....
That's us, lately.
I can't keep up with anything!
Pregnancy is making me more tired this time, than ever before. I'm no longer sick (YAY!). I can feel little movements (wooo hoo!). I'll be FOUR months, tomorrow! It's moving very slowly. OH- and we find out the sex on August 20th. I am excited!
Andy's Grammie went to be with the Lord on July 12th. It wasn't really a surprise, but it was still hard. Adam was very close to her, and we had a lot of explaining to do. We took him to the funeral home, to say goodbye, where he had some amazing questions. Like: "did they take all of her blood?" and when he saw her in the casket, he said, "Where are her legs?!" He understands so well, though. He was excited to know that she was with Jesus, and has decided that he doesn't want a new body, when he goes to Heaven (not so sure he has a say in that!). After the viewing and the memorial service, we took Grammie to her final resting place, back home in West Virginia. It's been a week of celebration and a bit of sorrow. Overall, I am thrilled that she is with the Lord, no longer in pain, and in her new body! I can't wait to see her again someday.
phew.
We also had a very special birthday! Matty turned TWO! Yes, I missed his special bday post. It just fell all around the time of Grammie's passing, and it was very hectic. He had a wonderful Thomas party, and is in LOVE with his new train table. My little baby is turning into quite the little man. :)
Here's my little man at his 2-year appointment:
32 inches and 24 pounds. Finally on the charts at 10%! Praise the Lord, we don't have to buy Pediasure any longer!
Also- I am making no promises on my blog posts. If you want to keep up with me, and have Facebook, follow THIS link and ask to be my friend! I update that daily and I tend to upload a lot of mobile pix! :)

So sorry to hear about Grammie. Even when it's on the horizon it's still hard to take when they physically leave us...
Matt looks SO big! Happy belated birthday to him.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I know that even when it isn't a surprise it is still very difficult. Prayers for Grammie and your family.
Happy Birthday to you big 2 year old! WOW! Such a big boy now. :)
So happy to hear that you are finally feeling better now. Yahoo!!!!
Wow - you guys have had a lot going on! I'm sorry for your loss.
I'm glad Matty is on the charts, now! My kid is ... off the charts in the other direction. Anyway, it's great that you don't have to buy that Pediasure stuff. It's way expensive!
Yes, you have had a lot going on! So sorry to hear about Grammie, but it sounds like it was a celebration of her spirit. That is hard explaining death to little ones, though.
Very glad you aren't sick anymore, too! That makes those first few months so hard.
Oh I hear ya on craziness! And I don't even have an excuse of pregnancy! Been following your status on Facebook, I just don't comment often. I like that "LIKE" button!
Sorry for your loss, I'm glad she is in heaven and you are all doing well. What a blessing to have had her this long in the boy's lives. I miss my mom and "granny" every day.
Hugs
I'm right there with you on the crazy part of life. Sorry to hear about Grammie, loved your words on her.
