Last night we had a surprise party for my mommy's Birthday! My sisters and brother and I have been planning this for about a month, and she had absolutely NO idea! :) We surprised her at one of her favorite restaurants (
Bravo!), with all of her family and friends. It was a lot of fun, and it felt REALLY good to be able to surprise her (she usually figures everything out, thus never being able to actually surprise her). Here are a few pictures, from the night:
The cake. I made it... ok.... no really.... :) Sam's Club made it. haha.
Adam loved the cake! :)
Kayleigh loved the cake!
Ashley and Andy... well... I think they were bored
Me and my mommy! :)
Happy Birthday Mommy! I Love you!!

G'day from Australia,
Hope your Mom had a great day. Did you say you were saving a piece of cake for me?!!!
Happy Birthday, Brittany's Mommy! Great job on pulling of a surpise party! I love Adam's frosting-smeared face. :o)

Have a good weekend Brittany - see ya. Kellan
That cake looks quite tasty!! Happy Birthday so your Mom - y'all's picture together is so lovely!
Um, ok - I LOVE store-bought cake. The more Crisco-laden icing the better - I'm SO that kid who wants the "end piece" and/or the one with all of the flowers so that I can have the most frosting foliage goodness. Mmmmm
The cake looks delicious! Glad you were able to pull off the surprise!
Happy birthday to your mum, thats great it was pulled of so well
That's awesome! Happy birthday to your mom!
We threw a surprise party for my mom on her 50th, too. I know what you mean about how hard it can be. My mom just seems to know everything.
Looks like fun and glad the surprise worked out! Nice picture of you and your mom, too.
We threw a surprise party for my Mum's 65th (strange number I know but she was retiring that year and feeling like she had no future etc etc etc)anyhoo she thought she was going to some one else's surprise birthday so when she walked through the doors into a room of people shouting surprise...her face was a picture!!!!!!! Confusion. Irritation. More confusion. Bewilderment and finally joy. It was priceless. Hope your Mum remembers her 50th birthday with as much fondness. Cool cake :-D mmmmm
Well done you!
