Adam is doing better! :) He's sleeping. Matthew is sleeping. Mommy is jittery after drinking 10 cups of coffee. Am I exaggerating? maybe. maybe not! I think I've Lysoled the entire house- twice. I've changed all of the sheets and blankets touched by Pukey. My head feels like it weighs 50 lbs.
I think this is the part about parenthood I dislike the most. I hate not being able to do anything for a sick child. I hate the uncontrollable situation. I hate the smell of lysol mixed with vomit. Oh yes, my house reeks of it.
I think I should take a nap.

I completely agree. Having sick children is DEFINITELY the worst part of being a parent. Such a helpless feeling. I can't imagine what parents of children with serious illnesses (cancer, etc) go through. Just can't imagine.
I hope everyone is on the mend.
I hope you did get to take a nap. I needed one yesterday and was grateful for those two hours. (Dave was home, bless him!) Eli also is recovering from a double-ear infection, as diagnosed by our doctor yesterday morning. So I know how you feel.
glad he is starting to feel better!
Oh, Brittany, I'm sorry everyone has been sick, but good they are getting better. You deserve a nap! Take care, Kellan
I'm glad he's doing better and I hope it stays that way. And I hope you did get your nap. It's so hard and exhausting and worrisome having sick kiddos.
I'm guessing Juan Valdez played a part in your day. ;o)
Hugs!
I'm glad he's feeling better! That's one part of having a child that I'm not looking forward to!
Any boy name suggestions? We have had the girl name picked out for forever but don't have a boy name. That may be a problem depending on how things go!
